By Kellie Liskey at Fuzziggles Value $35 Kellie Liskey from Salem, OR had a love of stuffed animals from an early age. She also became obsessed with the Tribbles from Star Trek so her mom taught her to sew. That year everyone they knew got “warm fuzzies” for Christmas. After college, Kellie started her own home décor business making pillows that were art for your couch but nostalgia hit when she found some faux fur and Kellie soon found herself making more “warm fuzzies” and just like in The Trouble with Tribbles, she soon ended up with an army of them so she began selling them on Etsy. The name of her shop was inspired by too inescapable facts. Critters are fuzzy and when they tickle your nose you’re sure to giggle, thus “Fuzziggles” was born. The store is full of plush creatures to choose from...guinea pigs, rabbits, owls, caterpillars, and on occasion, bats, beavers, cats, and mice. They make great office buddies and no mess pets. Fuzziggles ships worldwide and many of their furry friends have travelled to new homes all over the planet. |
