Customer Feedback and Photo Day
First of all let’s just say that I love my job. I am in charge of advertising, social networking and customer service (among other things). I am quite social by nature and like to write, so this job fits like a glove. I enjoy chatting with customers and helping them create spectacular rooms for their children. I take pleasure in reading and writing for blogs. I find Facebook and Twitter fascinating. Etc…
One of my very favorite days is “Customer Feedback and Photo Day”. Once a month I email our new customers with a request for feedback and photos of their kids’s rooms (with our wall stickers, wall stencils or canvas art for kids. Usually within minutes I am showered with lovely words and all sorts of great pictures of our customers’ newly decorated rooms. And 99% of the feedback we receive is intensely positive. Considering that we have grown this business from ground up, positive feedback is truly music to our ears. I get that warm, squishy feeling when I read comments from happy customers. Here are a few of the latest remarks:
Aw, shucks.
And I absolutely adore looking at customer pictures. To me, it is better than chocolate…more satisfying than French fries (my favorite food). It feels like ‘report card day’, and our card reads all As! Many of our customers are first-time parents, so the amount of care and thought they’ve put into their nursery décor shines through in the photos. I love to look at all the little details they’ve included in their child’s room, from the wall art to the bedding, it is all typically perfectly coordinated and gorgeous. I particularly like seeing how our customers take our wall designs and made them their own. Very fun indeed!
